Dell was one of the main vendors I worked with at my first employer. Their hardware powered a majority of our infrastructure. I was fortunate enough to work with their :

Switches :

I worked with their PowerConnect switches mainly to create VLANS to isolate high risk devices (e.g. printers, cameras) from the rest of the network especially the storage servers and employee workstations.

Servers

I worked with their PowerEdge servers which hosted our virtual machines through which we offered an array of network services like Windows AD, Windows DFS, Autodesk license server, TrendMicro OfficeScan and several web services that ran ontop of Apache tomcat. I frequently modified the servers either by adding RAM, upgrading NIC cards, or adding additional HDD and configuring RAID.
